Larry Prosky is a founding member of Prosky & Rosenfeld LLP. With more than 40 years of CPA experience, he provides a wide range of services to high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. Services include small business accounting and financial reporting (audits, reviews, compilations, and preparations), and all aspects of tax preparation and planning, including individual/partnership/corporation/fiduciary-estate taxes.

Larry has extensive experience working with clients in real estate (including cooperatives and condominiums), manufacturing, law and medical professions, sales and consultants, insurance, and financial services. He prides himself in maintaining open lines of communication with his clients and being readily and eagerly available to assist them.

Larry currently is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs, as well as the National Conference of CPA Practitioners, where he serves as a board member. Previously, he was treasurer of The Suburban Temple of Wantagh and a school board member in the Bellmore Union Free School District.

Steve Rosenfeld is a founding member of Prosky & Rosenfeld LLP. With more than 40 years of CPA experience, he has worked extensively with high-net-worth individuals and small to medium-sized businesses. He has performed accounting and auditing services in diverse industries, including professional services, manufacturing, apparel, education, real estate, and financial services. He has provided tax preparation, consulting, and planning for individuals and all types of closely held businesses. Steve enjoys maintaining close and personal relationships with his clients.

Steve possesses specialized and unique expertise with educational programs funded under Article 81 and Article 89 of New York State Education Law, having worked in this field since 1982. He is familiar with the specific reimbursement methodology prescribed by the New York State Education Department and has performed audit services in this field for over thirty years. Steve prides himself in providing invaluable consulting services to education providers across a wide spectrum of operating and funding issues and has testified in various legal and arbitration proceedings in this area.

Steve is currently a member of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners.

Mark Mayoka is an esteemed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a rich and diverse background in business planning, boasting an impressive career spanning over 35 years.

Throughout his extensive career, Mark has played a pivotal role in facilitating numerous mergers, acquisitions, and initial public offerings (IPOs), harnessing his financial expertise to navigate intricate transactions to successful outcomes. His leadership extends to overseeing comprehensive international and domestic tax planning strategies, benefitting both corporations and high-net-worth individuals by optimizing tax efficiency.

Over the years, Mark has worked closely on critical aspects such as tax planning, fraud prevention, corporate governance, and strategic planning across a diverse spectrum of industries, ranging from the dynamic low-voltage sector to the intricate world of banking. Additionally, he has seamlessly transitioned into providing Chief Financial Officer (CFO) functions for both public and private firms, specializing in pre-IPO planning.

Mark Mayoka’s academic accomplishments include graduating Cum Laude from SUNY Albany, and obtaining a law degree from Pace Law School. Furthermore, he is the accomplished author of “Financial Crisis Planning for Small Businesses,” a testament to his expertise in financial planning and crisis management. His dedication and extensive experience continue to make a profound impact in the financial landscape, benefiting clients and industries across the board.

Mark has also served four years as a Huntington Town Councilman, is president of the Cold Spring Harbor Civic Association, NYSSCPA, the AICPA and founding member of NCCPAP.
